If you're planning a backyard BBQ, try some of these recipes. Your guest will love them.

Shish Kabobs

2 lbs of cubed beef
2 lbs of cubed Chicken
2 lbs of cubed pork
2 large Bell Peppers, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, cut and sperated into bite size pieces
1 small carton of button Mushrooms
1- 8 oz can pineapple chunks
1-16 oz Catalina Salad Dressing
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix beef, chicken, pork with Catalina Salad dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix again to completely coat meats with salad dressing. Cover with lid and refrigerate over night or at least 12 hours.

Assemble:
Start with placing Bell pepper on skewer, then beef, then mushroom, then pork, then pineapple chunk, then chicken, then onion. Continue this way until skewer is full. Then start on next skewer. Place skewers on Grill coating with remaining salad dressing left over from marinating meats. Grill until meat is done.

Serve with Rice Pilaf and hot rolls.
